Lifetime Achievement Award

Tango teacher Astrid Weiske was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for her life in queer tango at the Queer Tango Festival in London, May 2026. Astrid Weiske is known for her queer tango classes in Berlin, Germany and beyond and for organising the International Queer Tango Festival in Berlin 2011-2025.
