Brigitta is a wonderful and insightful teacher, with a radical approach to tango” – Miriam Ginestier

Practicing Perception – mindful interactions for an intimate dance
Where do we most deeply meet one another? Co-creation explored through Body Mind Centering and Tango – a partnering dance with revolutionary potential. Drawing from several somatic practises (BMC, Authentic Movement, Alexander Technique) and 30 years of teaching and performing dance theatre and Argentine Tango, Brigitta has devised effective and inspirational exercises to engage and encourage co-creation. Beginning with warm ups to stimulate inner space, the workshop will propose single, partnered and group compositions, as well as some Tango technique as a Body Mind language. These connected creativity explorations are useful tools for all body based disciplines including contemporary dance, theatre, and performance art.

About Brigitta Winkler
Brigitta Winkler is a curious woman. She has studied, explored, and lived tango, dance, and somatics for 30 years.
