Sharing insights, ideas and Queer Tango events

Dear Reader

The Queer Tango Project  presents: The Queer Tango Archive

The Queer Tango Image Archive aims to use historical imagery to stimulate debate about the relationship of our 21st century, Queer Tango and tango’s past - including all the same-gender dancing which has occurred throughout its history. Ray Batchelor and Gonzalo Collazo from The Queer Tango Project have been working on this website for a year together with Birthe Havmoeller. We hope you will enjoy looking at these historical images - and we hope they will make you think.

Do you have a relevant historical image? Why not share it by offering a digital copie of it to The Archive?
